Liz is an absolutely phenomenal person, and a very professional therapist. I've been working with her these past few months and I could not have picked a better one if I tried, she completely understands my issues and helps me connect a lot of dots that I never was able to before. I'm not completely done with therapy at this point (nor do I know if/when I will be) but for as long as I am able, Liz will always be my therapist.

When I met Liz, I was in a very dark place mentally. I was isolated and lonely and having a lot of negative thoughts regarding my value, my appearance and capabilities. During our sessions together, Liz has helped me process and challenge these thoughts. I am in a much better head space today thanks to Liz helping guide me and teach me new methods for coping with stress. She made me think in ways I would not have on my own which really helped me process emotions and thoughts, navigate situations that I was worried about and manage the anxiety I was experiencing. I am really grateful to her and am so glad I signed up for help. Thanks Liz.

Dude… Liz is awesome. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that we were able to connect! I recently heard from a colleague of mine that he had a horrible BetterHelp experience and I could NOT relate at all. Liz is in my area, so I don’t need to explain that much which is helpful. She just gets it. I am in the social work field and I genuinely feel like she understands the issues that I bring up and want to piece apart. She is great at offering alternatives to my methods of thinking that I haven’t considered, and offers nuances that are gentle yet transformative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
